1. Introduction

To open and maintain an account on the Platform, you must:

Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals or account access.

5.2 Account Security

• Using a unique, strong password not used on any other service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Logging out of the Platform after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying support immediately if unauthorised access to your account is suspected.

5.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. ppkr98 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before withdrawal. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, individual bet stakes may be capped — typically in the range of PKR 500–1,000 per stake depending on the offer. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.

• Engaging in collusion with other users or platform employees.

• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal recreational use.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ppkr98. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppkr98 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from gambling activities conducted through linked operators.
• Inaccuracies in odds, results or statistical information displayed on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical faults or third-party system failures.
• Any reliance on content provided on the Platform for financial, legal or investment decisions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppkr98 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation would be unlawful.
